Dermafrac
Dermafrac is an innovative micro-needle mesotherapy treatment for face, neck and neckline, based on the first in the world system, using skin micro-puncture technique with a simultaneous active serum infusion. For a maximum application precision, the punctured skin is vacuumed by elevated vacuum. Directly after the treatment the skin is massaged by a medicinal LED light head. Dermafrac is intended for both those who do not want to (or cannot) wait for the effects of classic cosmetic treatments and for those who do not wish to undergo more invasive laser treatments or traditional injections.
How does Dermafrac work?
Micro-puncturing is a painless skin rejuvenation and revitalization method. Liquid active ingredients contained in a specially assorted serum are delivered directly deep into the epidermis and dermis through thousands of micro-channels created by the punctures. Vacuuming of the skin with elevated vacuum is an excellent drainage method, which stimulates circulation and ensures better tissue nutrition. Directly after the treatment, the skin is massaged with a head emitting medicinal LED light. The patient can choose between red light (soothing and anti-ageing effect), yellow light (firming effect) and blue light (antibacterial and antiseptic effect).
What will I experience during the treatment?
Thanks to the vacuum effect, the patient will experience puncturing as a slight tingling or a gentle massage. Mild redness can be visible until the next day at the latest. The treatment is painless and does not require any form of anaesthesia.
What will my skin look like the next day after the treatment?
The skin should not be irritated. It will be deeply moisturized, glowing, firm and make-up will stay on much longer than normally.
Which effects can be expected after the Dermafrac treatment?
The treatment gives immediate effect of skin rejuvenation, regeneration and revitalization thanks to use of intensive preparations, which deeply infiltrate the skin, but also because the punctures act as impulses, which force intensified regeneration and reconstruction. The effect is visible already after a single treatment, however in order to see long-term effects (comparable to the effects of a fractional laser treatment) it is recommended to undergo a series of 6 treatments every 2 weeks each. A special head allows to apply different preparation, not only anti-wrinkle cocktails, but also anti-acne, moisturizing and discoloration brightening solutions. The treatment covers the face, neck and the neckline.
Who will benefit from Dermafrac most?
The treatment gives fantastic results on both men and women after chemotherapy and crippling diseases, after intensive sunbathing, on smokers, when the skin gets slack or requires intensive treatments. It can be also performed as anti-ageing prevention.
Important: Dermafrac is one of very few treatments, which can be performed around breasts. Use of proper preparations has a beneficial effect on the tissue in women’s breasts and helps eliminate stretch marks from this sensitive area of female body.
What actually works in the Dermafrac treatment?
This treatment does not involve the so-called empty gestures. Microdermabrasion actually peels of and smoothes, while micro-punctures create channels and allow concentrated cosmetics to penetrate the skin. The medicinal influence of light onto the entire body was known for centuries. The head with proper light, which we use to massage the skin after micro-puncturing, stimulates skin regeneration. All preparation applied after micro-puncturing, penetrate the skin deeply thanks to micro-channels leading all the way to the upper dermis.
How to proceed after the treatment?
During the entire process of treatment it is highly recommended to use high SPF, and during and several days after the treatment to avoid swimming pools.
Contraindications are the following:
- Wounds, active psoriasis, herpes, rash on the treated area,
- Cancer, tumorigenic skin lesions, for instance moles, spots, growths,
- Epilepsy,
- Treatment with anticoagulants,
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding,
- Should not be applied on: warts, moles, birth-marks, wounds,
- Laser treatment of the face or deep chemical peel in the last 3 months,
- Any surgical treatments on the treated area in the last 3 months or before full recovery.
